OBJECT

These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between La savonnerie TOLLET and any person using the site.
www.savonnerie.be to place an order. Placing an order implies full acceptance and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale, prices and descriptions of the products offered.

PRESENTATION AND AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES

The products presented on the site are subject to change. The photos of items presented are not contractual. The products offered for sale are in principle available on the site www.savonnerie-tollet.be. In the event of promotions carried out on certain articles, the TOLLET soap factory will be able to satisfy the availability of the products throughout the period indicated framing the promotions.

ORDER

The order is registered only after receipt and full collection of the payment. Orders received on the website will be honored only within the limits of available stocks. In the event of the temporary or permanent unavailability of a product, the TOLLET soap factory undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.

RIGHT TO RETRACT

In the context of distance selling, the customer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The period runs from the receipt of the order. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the TOLLET soap factory will reimburse the customer for all sums paid (including the value of the shipping costs for sending the package) within 30 days of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

DELIVERY, PACKAGE, SHIPPING ET PACKAGING.

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment. Deliveries are made to the following countries: Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
The different delivery options are as follows:

Belgium :

Delivery by Bpost at home in 3 to 5 working days €8

(Free delivery from a total amount of 42 €)

Delivery to a relay point (Mondial Relay) in 5 to 7 working days €4

(Free delivery from a total amount of 34 €)

Home delivery (Mondial Relay) in 5 to 7 working days 5 €

(Free delivery from a total amount of 38 €)

Luxemburg:

Delivery to a relay point (Mondial Relay) in 5 to 7 working days €4

(Free delivery from a total amount of €34)

France and the Netherlands:

Delivery to a relay point (Mondial Relay) in 5 days to 7 working days €5

(Free delivery from a total amount of €38)

Home delivery by Mondial Relay is only available in Belgium.

Deliveries for France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are only made at a relay point.

Delivery costs include postage and packing costs.

PAYMENT

Payment is by credit card, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay and online bank transfer. Items ordered will only be shipped once payment has been cleared. Items ordered with removal from the workshop will be paid for when ordering on the site www.savonnerie-tollet.be

TRANSPORTATION

The products travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, who must check the condition of the products at the time of receipt and make any reservations with the carrier by confirming the complaint by registered letter within three working days and notify us in writing within four days following delivery. After this period, we would no longer be able to recognize any complaints.

FEEDBACK

Items may be exchanged or refunded. The return or refund request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items. Returned products must reach us in perfect condition in their original packaging.
In the case of a new order for an amount less than the initial amount, the customer will receive upon receipt of the request a credit note for reimbursement of the difference.
The shipping costs for the exchange, return and new shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Reimbursement will be made after deduction of the flat-rate order processing costs.

SELLING PRICE

Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included. They take into account the applicable VAT of 21%, on the day of the order. Prices may be modified in the event of a change in the VAT rate, in the event of an error, or by decision of the manufacturer.

IDENTIFICATION

Any customer of the site must follow an online registration procedure allowing him to place an order. The information requested is essential for the processing and delivery of orders. Parcels that must be represented on delivery following an error in the identification of the customer, will be the responsibility of the customer. The final validation of the order is worth signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out on the site and is worth proof of the order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000.

RESPONSIBILITY

The Tollet soap factory cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of a computer virus, or for any event qualified as force majeure, in accordance with case law, or the improper use of the products ordered.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

The Tollet soap factory remains the owner of the goods until full payment of the price as well as ancillary costs and interest if due in accordance with the law of May 12, 1980 and July 13, 1967.

APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are subject to Belgian law.

ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute relating to the execution of the clauses and conditions indicated above and in the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, the Courts of Bruges shall have sole jurisdiction.
